Appointments are recommended, but emergencies will always be seen.  Making an appointment will help insure that you and your pet are seen as promptly as possible. Please understand that emergencies do occur and all emergency cases shall receive top priority. To allow ample time for all patient examinations and scheduled surgical procedures, we request that you let us know all of your concerns when you make an appointment. This will allow us to allot ample time to insure that all of your questions are answered and your pet’s needs are met.

Patient Arrival:

We ask that new clients arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out necessary paperwork.  If you are transferring from another animal clinic, we ask that you bring with you a copy of your pet’s health records.

For your convenience we offer a “drop-off” service Monday through Friday. This service, by definition, requires that you bring your pet to and leave them at the animal clinic as early in the day as possible. This will allow the doctor the opportunity to examine your pet as soon as they are available and to have ample opportunity to do additional diagnostics if needed.

We do not provide this service on Saturdays due to limited clinic hours.
